Welcome to Day 2 of Julia Griffin's

10-Day Meditation Challenge

For this course, you will need:

  • A designated devoted time for your daily meditation. Don't go to bed unless you have meditated.
  • Set a timer - I suggest you use an egg timer to keep you on track. You will set it for either 5 minutes or 10 minutes, depending on your time and ability to focus. Ten minutes is best, but five minutes is fine, too.
  • Devotion to your practice and daily effort and attitude that it will work.
